Contest Results.
The association runs two contests each year, the Scottish Championships towards the end of the year and the completely own choice Spring Contest.  Below are the results for the most recent SAFBA contests.

Scottish Championships 2011
Saturday 5th November 2011 - Carluke Lifestyles Centre.

The contest began with a tribute and a minute silence in memory of James Keir (or "Junior" as he was known to most of us), led by Registration Secretary Miss Sadie Houston.  Junior passed away after a long illness only a week before the contest and will be remembered for his good humour and stories as well as his lifelong commitment to Dykehead Amateurs Flute Band and the Association, holding the Chairman's post up until his untimely death.
